When is rent due?

Rent is always due on the first of each month. Tenants have until the 10th before late fees begin to accrue.

Why am I locked out at the gate before the 10th?

Our gate locks tenants out on the 7th as a reminder to come pay before a late fee is added.

I don’t need my unit anymore, how do I give notice to vacate?

When you are ready to vacate, you can send us a message here, send an email to airportstorageonline@gmail.com, or come into the office and fill out the notice to vacate. Notices to vacate are required in writing no later than 10 days before the end of the month to avoid the next month’s charges.

I emptied my unit out before the 10th, do I still owe for this month?

Yes. Rent is due on the 1st. The 10 day grace period is to avoid late fees, not rent. Proper written notice is required for a tenant to end their lease agreement.

Can I pay only for the days I use the unit?

We are a month-to-month lease. Just like an apartment complex, even if you only use the unit for a partial month, a full month is due.

How do I pay?

The most efficient way to pay is either online or by setting up auto-pay. We accept cash payments in the office at no charge. Check and card payments are subject to a $2 convenience fee when processed in the office. Save yourself this fee by paying online or setting up auto pay with us!

How do I make an online account?

Click here and then click “Create Account”. You will need your unit number, gate code, and your email address. Setting up an online account allows you to manage your account from anywhere, anytime.

How do I set up auto pay?

Log into your online account. Click on Automatic Payment (Top left of page). Select/check the box next to “I (We) authorize Airport Self Storage to charge any amounts due…….). Select the circle next to “Enable automatic payment by Credit Card on due date”. Enter Credit/Debit card information. Click Submit.

Tenants can also download the auto-pay authorization form to fill out and return, or stop by the office.
