Outdoor Parking

All stored vehicles/vessels must be registered, operational, and currently insured (non-ops not accepted). Current registration and insurance must be presented at the time of move-in. All vehicles are subject to management approval before rental.

One month + $20/administrative fee due at move-in. Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
