Payment Options
We understand that everyone has different schedules and making payments by the due date is sometimes difficult. Therefore, to help relieve some of your stresses, we offer 5 payment options at your convenience.
1. Payment drop-offs
Payments may be brought into the office duing office hours.
For after hours, it can be
slipped through the door slot. |
2. Sending payments via mail

3. Verbal credit card authorization
Credit card payments can be taken over the phone. To sign up for this option, you must download the Verbal Authorization form, complete and return via fax, mail, or bringing it into the office. Call our office at (805) 985-3315 to process payment. Processing fee is $2.50.

4. Automatic monthly credit card authorization 
Payments will be automatically withdrawn from your credit card account between the 1st-10th of each month. To sign up for this option, please return the completed form via fax, mail or bringing it into the office.

5. ACH (automatic check withdrawal)
With this method, monthly payments will automatically be withdrawn from your checking account. To apply for this option you must upload and complete the form, attach a voided check, and return via fax, mail or bringing it into the office. No fee for ACH services.
